A name, place, or other term entered in a search box passes to the third-party provider operating that tool. Chase County Released Inmates does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages Sent to Us
Email and contact-form messages may be retained long enough to answer and manage the request. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Data
Ordinary web logs and measurement services may collect basic technical details when a page loads, including:
- Internet Protocol address;
- browser name and version;
- device category and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent;
- the referring site, when supplied; and
- request dates and timestamps.
